1	Principal -Transformational Project Management Officer	Undergraduate Degree in Project Management /Economics/ Management or related field, Masters in a Business-related course and Professional course in project Management and IT related fields (added advantage) plusA minimum of Six years of experience of which at a minimum three years’ experience in managing Projects;Three to Five years’ experience in a customer facing consulting capacity;	The purpose of this role is to organize, co-ordinate, control and support activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation and to ensure that the Bank’s standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire project management process. 2	Principal -IT Strategy and Business Analysis Officer	Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology), Professional course in IT (added advantage) plus,A minimum of Six (6) years of System Development Experience is requiredA minimum of two (2) years of Database Design and Analysis is required.	The jobholder is responsible for managing the IT Strategy and Business Analysisactivity; As such s/he will be responsible for managing the requirement gathering, unit testing, bug fixing and installation of developed / customized applications. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for ensuring confidentiality, availability and integrity of systems, applications and data by protecting the enterprise IT solutions of the Bank.S/he ensures that system development quality measures are in place, institute and ensure operating effectiveness of software development measures and correct breaches that may arise. 3	Manager – IT Strategy and Business Analysis Division	An undergraduate Degree in Information Technology related fields, Professional Certificates in Project Management (is an added advantage) plus Eight (8) years’ experience in IT Strategy and Business analysis; three (3) of which should be in a Supervisory role preferably in the banking sector.	The job holder is responsible for dealing with the day to day activities of IT business analysis and developing and implementing IT strategies; and communicating them to users and the IT Strategy team.
